The Farm Leadership Council (FLC) is a producer-led organization funded by Viterra that will provide educational and training opportunities to help producers maximize the value of their operations. It will support producer innovation and leadership in prairie communities through professional development initiatives.  Members will have access to resource people with skills, knowledge and the “can do” attitude.  It is all about “improving the business of farming”.

The core of FLC’s democratic structure consists of 80 delegates elected from 16 membership districts across Saskatchewan, Alberta and Manitoba.  The Board is comprised of 16 Directors from each of the Areas.
